Return Policy:

It is our mission to make products that are unique and wonderful as you, our BPK Beloved! If there’s something about our products that aren’t meeting your standards of body care, please let us know. We really want to hear from you so we can make it better! We also offer a remake! If any element of the product isn’t up to your standards, we will remake it for you at no charge! We offer free refunds and remakes within 30 days of when your order was purchased or shipped.

 

Shipping Policy:

Thanks for shipping with The Body Pantry at Knottingham! Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

 

Shipping and Processing Times

We process and ship all orders within 7-14 business days after the order is placed. Standard shipping time in the US generally takes anywhere between 3-5 business days. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

We’re happy to offer free domestic shipping on orders over $75. With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thebodypantryatknottingham@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, perhaps consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Local Delivery Service:

Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within 20 miles. For orders under $75, we charge $15 for local delivery. 

 

In-Store Pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at BPK! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Because we know that our clients have lives and schedules, our in-store pickup hours are available during the week and on the weekends. We will work with you to set a day and time that works best for you! Please included your pick up preferences at check out. We will contact you to schedule the pick-up. Please and have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
