The Body Pantry at Knottingham Massage and Relaxation Studio Massage Services.
1. Royal Relaxation (R&R)
Relish in pure relaxation from the crown of your head, to the tips of your royal toes in an oasis surrounded by candlelight. This session includes a combination of swedish and deep tissue massage techniques to achieve muscle pain and stress relief.

2. The Knottingham
Indulge your senses with a full body soak in the plentiful waters of Knottingham, sprinkled with a signature BPK body soak of your choosing (30 mins). Immediately following your soothing soak, your Royal Relaxation begins, taking you on a peaceful journey of muscle pain and stress relief.

3. The Majestic (Coming Soon)
Lighten the load from a hard day with a calming foot soak to relieve soreness of the feet and ankles, all while being pampered with an upper body massage to relieve pain and stress from the muscles in the neck, shoulders, and upper back (30 mins). The final phase of the Majestic consists of calming manipulation of the feet, ankles, and lower legs. A pampering paradise, fit for a King and Queen.

The Royale Relaxation (R&R)-$120
-Signature Facial, hand/arm
Allow yourself the honor of being pampered while achieving your skincare goals! The R & R is sure to deliver all that it promises. In this 2-hour session we decided to add a little razzle dazzle throughout our time with you! It is an extension of The Royale with the intension of extended moments of the facial massage, peri-auricular (around the ear) and occipital (nape of neck) regions. We promise to slide in a little attention to the scalp! During the time of the mask, a soothing hand/arm massage will be provided. Why not?! You deserve it!
The Royale-$90
-Signature Facial
The Royale is our signature facial session. After our consultation-that’s free of course, clients can expect a pre-cleanse and skin analysis that is followed by a double cleanse. The condition and needs of each client determines the following steps. Be assured that throughout the session moments of education and explanation will be provided in addition to providing details prior to initiation—just so that we are on the same page. Exfoliative processes, corrective/healing procedures, and calming practices will be provided as needed and are included in this process. The signature facial simply responds to whatever needs to be done! There aren’t any add-ons. Did we mention there is a facial massage included???

While there are times that our face needs attention, we cannot forget about the rest of our body that is covered with the same skin! The majestic addresses the fact that our entire body needs to be attended to every now and again—whether it is to remove and moisturize dry skin patches, address body acne or to simply refresh and/or detoxify your body, we have your needs covered. The majestic is here to calm, correct, and heal your outside so that you feel good about yourself on the inside! This service is best paired with our full body immersion soak that can be provided at The Body Pantry at Knottingham as a pre-treatment. Patrons have the choice of using our in-house blend or Dermalogica products to satisfy their treatment needs. Details will be discussed at our consultation to ensure the best results possible.
The Knottingham-$200

The Knottingham (esthetic edition) is our ultimate version of pampering and relaxation for those looking to be spoiled while receiving esthetic care. Imagine an opportunity for indulgence and scientific practice to collide and formulate pure bliss. The Knottinham is our signature facial combined with massage techniques that extend past your face. There are times when one person can do a task, but during this time—I call upon our massage therapist to bring our client the ultimate experience! Massage therapy not only relaxes tension but it also promotes circulation and encourages all the wonder attributes our bodies do to bring forth a new you! The session lasts between two and half to 3 hours. Let us love on you!
The Alchemist-$115
-Chemical peels
The Alchemist merges the application of potent (professional grade) chemicals with skincare to achieve a deep penetrative exfoliation that occurs over time. Chemical peels are not new to skincare and should be explained in great detail during consultation to ensure the desirable results are achieved. This service is not a lengthy process for in-house—the real work is in the post care when the client goes home.
All clients will go home with detailed instructions and contact information for any questions that may arise. Chemical peels are ideal for inactive acne scarring, hyperpigmentation and coarser skin types that manual exfoliative processes are not as effect in treating.
